Total reconfiguration of interior rooms including major surgery performed to remove cement steps and replace with wooden, complete removal and replacement with PEX piping, removal of all exterior windows and doors, installation of Andersen windows and doors, installation of Mitsubishi Duct Less HVAC system, custom built bunks with individual recharging stations, reading lights, privacy; reminiscent of overnight train sleeping cars.
3 Bath remodels and expansion of Master bath including addition of body sprays, rain shower, heated floor, Velux tube, with unique Barn door entry.
Vestibule Mudroom with overhead storage, custom equipment and clothes cubbies, Heated Slate flooring
Beverage Center to cut down on kitchen traffic, Cork main floor surfaces to create soft environment and lessen sound reverberation, install custom Davis weather station.
Trex 2 stories of decks with enhanced seating, eating areas, mudroom transition walk.
